The staff was very very helpful, courteous all the time. It had an incredible and wonderful location just off lake, mountains, the quiet Saturday slopes, and the Annecy bike path. It also was near shops or restaurants.

We had a great stay at a lovely guest house with an alpine feel. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the spacious bathroom with a good shower. the view from the windows was beautiful, overlooking the golf course. the guest house also had a pool area with great views, which the children loved. the staff was friendly and the location was perfect for our family.

Great location near Lake Annecy with traffic-free cycle route to the city. Beautiful mountain views and convenient access to Tour De France routes. Range of apartment sizes, some with balconies. Outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, games room available. Wi-Fi available in reception area. Efficient and English-speaking staff. Optional breakfast and fresh baked goods.

The apartment was comfortable and had all the necessary utensils for cooking. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying a peaceful stay. the balcony offered amazing views of the beautiful landscape.
The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standards and required some cleaning upon arrival. No internet or phone signal was available in the apartment.

It's also very close to the Annecy bike path where you can cycle from, and located next to a golf course which offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts. the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms are spacious, fulfilling and provide ample facilities to meet the guests' needs.
The staff can be unhelpful, with limited hours at the front desk and poor communication, which may cause guests some difficulty in reaching out to them for help.
